Yusuke has founded HALF TIME in 2017 and has been serving as CEO. He spearheads all of the business operations, and also directly manages recruitment business.

Prior the foundation he had worked at SRi, formery Sports Recruitment International, in Singapore to overseeing its Japan business, and before that at Intelligence, leading recruitment agency in Japan, he had worked at its Singapore and Vietnam offices to grow its local business.

Yusuke joined HALF TIME in 2019 and has been served as CCO, managing the external communications, media and conference operations, and all of the client services.

Before joining the company, he had worked at international PR and branding agencies, such as Ogilvy PR and Interbrand, as well as mobility-tech startup Ofo. He holds Master's in International Event Management from the University of Brighton, the UK.

Domu joined HALF TIME in 2019 and has been serving as COO, leading the company's business development, alliances and sales.

Before joining the company, he had worked at PR TIMES to develop its service to sport industry, finally teaming up with 80 sport organisations. Prior to it he was Sales Manager at Nissay, largest insurance company in Japan.
