While sports industry is expected to grow to over $100 billion market in Japan, many sports organizations are facing managerial and business challenges. Also, the country itself is set to see further challenges such as the labour shortage and shrinking economy.

Given this reality,​ creating new, valuable services in the field of sports will be a solution. "Be successful in sports" was once my childfood dream, but as an entreprenuer I will commit to make the dream comes true.
